Bryan is a proven business professional who demonstrates integrity while delivering results and insists on the highest standards. He consistently demonstrates leadership qualities with these key attributes; communication distinction, interpersonal training with small and large audiences and data analysis of complex systems, records and statistics.

Bryan grew up on a potato farm in Idaho where his dad taught him, “don’t farm when you grow up…. go to college, get a job and avoid risk!” … Bryan went to college and joined corporate America at Walmart Stores for 7 years in management, 6 years at the Naval Reactors Facility operated by Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation, and 5 years at the Kansas City National Security Campus with the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC) operated by Honeywell FM&T.

Bryan is fascinated with helping people. He created Rhodes Pro Consulting in 2019 to help people develop and market their business to government buyers, agencies and contractors. He is passionate about helping small business grow to achieve their goals and overcome the challenges discovering and operating as a government supplier and service provider.
